Since 2005, my passion has been helping individuals find real relief from pain, stress, injury, and chronic conditions through a holistic, results-driven approach to healing.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, PEMF Practitioner, Biomagnetism Practitioner, and Energy Specialist, I combine advanced therapeutic techniques with natural healing modalities to support the body’s ability to restore, rebalance, and recover.
At Drift Away Therapeutic Massage & Holistic Wellness Center, I offer customized sessions designed to address each client’s specific needs. Meet Rosa
For 7 years, we have been working side by side to enhance our clients' well-being and foster the growth of our businesses together. Rosa is a licensed massage therapist and aesthetician with a profound specialization in the lymphatic system. Her credentials include certification as a Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), underscoring her dedication to excellence in lymphatic care.
At Rosa's Natural Healing Center, she offers a comprehensive array of services tailored to support clients through various health journeys. Her expertise encompasses pre-operative and post-operative lymphatic care, addressing conditions such as lymphedema and lipedema. Rosa employs techniques like Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), and Brazilian Lymphatic Massage (BLM) to promote optimal lymphatic function and expedite recovery.
Beyond her specialization in lymphatic therapies, Rosa is proficient in Ashiatsu and Ashi-Thai massages. These modalities combine deep tissue pressure with assisted stretching to alleviate muscle tension and enhance flexibility. Additionally, she also offers innovative treatments such as Halo Red Therapy, which integrates Halotherapy and Red Light Therapy to support respiratory health and skin rejuvenation.

As a Doctor of Nursing Practice, I founded Empower Wellness Clinic to bridge the gap between standard healthcare and true metabolic health. My approach is rooted in clinical "detective work"—digging deep into the hormonal, nutritional, and inflammatory triggers that cause brain fog, stubborn weight gain, and exhaustion.
Specializing in perimenopause, thyroid optimization, and complex conditions like MCAS and PCOS, my mission is to give women—particularly our local veteran community—the tools to reclaim their vitality.
